10 of the Coolest Chevy Trucks Hitting the Auction Block

Heading to the Mecum Auction in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania? Here are the 10 coolest Chevy trucks up for auction.

From July 31 through Aug. 3, Mecum Auctions will host its annual action at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex in Harrisburg. Aside from the cool Chevy trucks being auctioned away, there are other insanely-cool Chevys available. Corvettes, Impalas, Chevelles, and even Belairs and Camaros are going to be showcased and sold to the highest bidder.

From the hundreds of Chevys on the lots, there will be a total of 1,200 vehicles ranging from Jeep Wranglers, Ford Broncos, and Dodge Challengers. It’s an auction that’s famous for its wide range of vehicles. So, to help you narrow down on the best deals, we’ve gathered our favorite 10 coolest Chevy trucks among the lot.

The first of our favorite Chevys is a 1958 Chevy Cameo Apache pickup. This refreshing blast from the past comes with the standard 283 CI small block V8 with an old school three-speed column shifter. The beautiful gem of a Chevy also has its original chrome bumpers and white wall tires, keeping true to its retro image. Plus, no manufacturer makes trucks in this kind of blue anymore. This is a truly unique truck. If you thought it wasn’t possible to look cooler in a truck than you would in a Porsche? Think again.

Plus, unlike 90 percent of the trucks on the road today, this truck came with a wood-lined bed. Even though this truck is capable of hauling loads and cargo, it’s not likely a new owner would want to risk ruining that beautiful wood.
