1977 Chevy C/K: Clean, Tough, Patriotic Off-Roader

1977 Chevy C/K

This super sanitary, timeless box Chevy has all the traits you’d expect to see in a future classic!

In a world full of unique and attractive automotive designs, few trucks measure up to the Chevy C/K. These boxy, all-business trucks existed long before things like wind tunnels applied to pickup design. In those days, tough and simple looks were the priority, not things like fuel efficiency. So it’s safe to say that we’ll never see anything like this 1977 Chevy C/K again. And that’s downright sad.

We spotted the super clean hauler while scanning The Collector Car Network, and it immediately caught our eye with its sanitary appearance. The seller claims that the truck is fully restored, and by looking at it, we have zero reason to doubt them. The red paint shines like new, with no visible flaws. A couple of tasteful add-ons, including fender flares and a roof visor, add just enough custom cool. And the nicely done, super patriotic American flag tonneau cover throws in a healthy dose of patriotism to boot!

The four-wheeler sits just right too, thanks to a mild lift and Skyjacker shocks. And unlike many half done pickups out there, this Chevy C/K looks just as good inside as it does outside. The interior is quite simply perfect, with an aftermarket steering wheel thrown in for good measure. It doesn’t hurt that the truck is an original Custom Deluxe, so you get a few nicer trim options right off the bat.

With a reliable and proven 350 V8/automatic transmission combo thrown in, there aren’t many bones to pick with this super sanitary pickup. Including the asking price, which stands at a mere ten grand. With clean Chevy C/K examples drying up, that sure doesn’t seem like a bad investment. And even if values don’t go up in the next few years, you’ll still have a great looking truck to be proud of!
