Chevrolet Highlights Tahoe PPV for National Dog Day

The ability to take the heat off hard-working police dogs makes the Chevrolet Tahoe PPV the country’s most popular police vehicle for K-9 units.

In case you missed the news, today is National Dog Day. To bring awareness to the day, Chevrolet released a video highlighting how police K9 units work with the Chevrolet Tahoe PPV to help bring baddies to justice.

The police officer and his police dog form an unbreakable bond as part of a K-9 Unit that serves the community.

Dog comfort is important in a police vehicle, especially considering the dog spends more time in the vehicle per day than the officer. Not only is keeping the dog cool (or warm) essential for comfort, but it’s more essential for the health and well-being of the dog.

Chevrolet boats that they have the most upper and lower climate vents in the Tahoe PPV than any other manufacturer has in their police offerings.

The dog lives with the officer and they form a bond like none other in law enforcement. Many times the officer has the dog from basically birth all the way until death (through retirement). They are one of the family, and it’s important to keep them safe when they are on the job.
