TRUCK YOU! A 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe and a 1974 Nova
Trucks have their upsides and their downsides, just like any vehicle does. A truck can haul just about anything, go off-road, and be a pretty decent daily driver for some individuals. However, they tend to go slower, be worse on gas, and weigh quite a bit.
Cars, on the other hand, can be fast, agile, and convenient for many commuters — not to mention that they often get better gas mileage. However, they usually aren’t good anywhere aside from the asphalt, and really can’t haul or pull much of anything. These are the reasons, it seems, why Chevrolet Forum member Wasper chose to get the best of both worlds by getting both!
Though an El Camino may have solved some of his woes, it seems that Wasper made a good choice by getting two solid vehicles. The first is a 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe LT, which is clearly the “get stuff done” rig in the garage.
The other ride is a 1974 Chevrolet Nova, which is clearly the go-fast toy that is probably a joy to tinker with and cruise down the road in. Both rides are proudly GM, and both are certainly worth a place in anyone’s garage!
Though owning both a car and a truck (or, in this case, an SUV) is definitely not a requirement, it is definitely convenient and well-placed. It also brings a bit more fun to any automotive enthusiast’s garage!
Go stop by Wasper’s garage and leave some comments, browse the photography, and have a good time! Be sure to keep your garage up to date and maybe you’ll be featured next week!
