It’s never too early to start planning for Halloween. And what better way to get the neighborhood screaming than getting the good old fashioned smoke machine going in the streets? They certainly already have the color scheme down.

These two black and orange Chevrolet Camaros are pure Dale Earnhard Jr., and now they could become pure you. As of right now, the 2002 Z28 will cost you $90,100, and the custom ’73 will put a $78,400 dent in your bank account. So let’s dig a little deeper into their histories to explain, aside from the fact that they were owned by one of the most historic names in all of racing.

The Z28, which has 4,025 miles on it, is made even more special because it is a Dick Herrell special edition. Herrell, a drag racing great, earned the nickname “Mr. Chevrolet” in the ’60s and ’70s. This car, which was built by a company called GMMG, Inc honors him with a custom widebody, a carbon fiber hood, and several other touches. The car originally came with an LS6 V8, but the entire car was upgraded with an LS7, “new cam and springs, comp cam rocker trunnions, Ferrara titanium retainers and locks, fast LSX intake, Nick Williams 102mm throttle body, and Kooks headers.” The listing says it’s capable of 670 horsepower.

For those looking for a little more classic style, the second-gen would be the better option, and this thing is a work of art. It was built by North Carolina-based Detroit Speed as an homage to the old-school Trans Am racing series. Listed customizations include a full roll cage, a racing fuel cell, Detroit Speed Engineering (DSE) Mini-Tubs, and DSE Quadra-Link. It has an LS2 under the hood, and that’s linked to a six-speed manual. Oh, and it only has 2,174 miles on it, so it’s squeaky clean.

If these are your style, the fam is also selling a sick custom Jeep Cherokee 4×4, another 5th-gen Camaro, or a stretch Hummer golf cart.
