Default 1988 C1500 Running Rough

I have a 1988 C1500 Scottsdale that's been running rough and having some trouble accelerating. I've owned the truck for seven years, but I'm still relatively clueless. The fuel filter was replaced less than three years ago, and I might have driven 10,000 miles since then. I've had the spark plug cables replaced and distributor cap too. In the last month I've had the throttle body, fuel pump, right fuel injector, and adjust kick down cable replaced after my truck kept dying and having trouble with fuel getting to the engine. Does anybody have an idea of what else it could be? I would appreciate your help.

Drop the gas tank, and or flush it, new gas with filter go from there.

I don't know if this applies to TBI, or just carburetors, but could you have a vacuum leak?
