Default 1988 GMC C3500 Idles Okay but stalls when given gas.

When I bought the truck and brought it home the battery terminals got hooked up backwards and friend the computer and the Throttle body wasn't shooting fuel so I bought a used ECM one with a HyperTech Performace Prom in it. The new ECM made it run with a misfire on Cyl 1 but it drove around the block as is. now after replacing a bunch of things I still can't get rid of the misfire. When idling, it almost dies but the computer makes it shoot more fuel to keep it running so I guess thats good. When idling you can push the gas pedal and it revs good but still misses, but when you put it into Gear, ( Drive) you can drive it SLOWLY and if you try to give it more gas it acts like the pedal isn't being pushed at all and it stalls or backfires. Can someone help please? I have no idea whats making it run so rich. also, if you let it Idle in park for a minute or 2 then shut the engine off, you can hold the accelerator wire back to open the throttle body and White Fumes that smells like fuel comes out of the TB. It smokes out the exhaust white and it smells like fuel. obviously something with fuel is wrong so point me in the right direction please. If I disconnect the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) it still runs but runs a little worse than it already does, if you unplug the Idle Air Control Sensor (IAC), It doesn't do anything differently. It runs like it did before so I guess I could try and replace that and see what happens. There is about 5 galons of good gas in the tank, and maybe the O-rings on the injectors are bad. I dont know.
Heres everything i've replaced:
Fuel Pump
Alternator
Battery
ECM
Power Steering Pump
MAP Sensor
Distributor + Wires
Oil pan gasket
Oil adapter connectors
and probably some other things im forgetting. Please let me know. Thanks
