Default 1990 C1500 5.7 ticking noise left front wheel

Since yesterday i got this ticking/clicking noise from the front left wheel coming, I already checked for stones or screws on the tires but it seems to come from behind the wheel? CV joint? Maybe?

I attached a sound file maybe someone already experienced this noise and recognises it?

If you have a stretch of road that’s safe for doing so, get it up to around 30 mph and then weave back and forth (use the whole road) in a controlled manner - see if the noise gets louder and softer as you do so. When steering right, it loads the LF wheel bearing; and vice versa. If the noise changes as you load and unload the wheel bearing, that’s probably the source, but I’d recommend also pulling the wheel off and checking for debris that’s caught around the brake rotor.
