I have a 1993 Chevy C1500, one of the wipers (passenger side) in the off position don't come down closer to the hood...Th Driver side linkage I can adjust to come lower, but the passenger side is adjusted to the max and is still sits up higher. Is there a way to adjust the motor to get it to come down lower?

Check the linkage for the wipers on the passenger side for worn out bushings on the ends. Also check to see if the wiper arm is installed in the correct position.

 

Brand new linage and they are install correctly..adjusting the passenger side to the max does do down any further
