ok, so i replaced the motor and that didnt fix anything. so i turned on the swith and left it on for 10 seconds or so and a little bit of smoke started coming out of the steering column (i think its called) where the switch is. whats wrong with it?? and how do i fix it? thanks for the help in advance.

 

How did you tear into the column?

 

i didnt. i would like to know how though. the smoke came out where you turn on the windshield wiper's
