Default 1993 K1500 Silverado wheels

Good morning!
I am writing from Italy and I would like to ask for a piece of information. The passenger wheel of my 1993 K1500 Silverado 6.2L Diesel is 4cm (about 1.57 inches) behind the other one. Is this condition usual?
Thank you for replying.

No - the wheelbase should be the same front to rear on both sides.

What method and measurement points are you using? The wheelbase should be measured at the center of the hubs.
