Default 1995 k1500 Won't idle, hesitation

I have a 1995 k1500 Silverado 5.7 180000 miles with basic power mods: air intake, long tube hedders, true dual no cats. The o2 sensor and egr codes have been lit since i did the exhaust. The truck ran fine for a year after I did the exhaust then a month ago it started idleing rough and bogged down on acceleration. I replaced the fuel filter, tps sensor, iac sensor, engine temp sensor. It didnt help. My mechanic found clogged injectors and a leaking intake gasket. He rebuilt my tbi including the regulator replaced the injectors and intake gasket. It ran fine for a week. It started dying again this time only in the rain. I replaced distributer and wires. It ran fine for 2 weeks rain and shine. My last week it started dying again, i checked the fuel pressure and it was normal. Im thinking its my ECM. Any ideas on how to test it? Any ideas on something else it could be?

ICM's are funny - they can be very intermittent; and especially prone to acting up when hot. If it hasn't been replaced I would do so; cheap and easy. I have had 3 go bad and they all had slightly different symptoms.
