Hello everyone, I have a 1996 chevy 1500 4.3, symptom is long cranking when engine cold, tested fuel pressure first turn of key only gets 30 psi which must be causing the long crank condition. Turn key off and back on and gets 60 psi then starts right up and runs fine. Was wondering, is this a weak/bad fuel pump or can it be something else? Thanks.
