Default 1998 K1500 stumbling issue

I have a 1998 K1500 w 5.7 vortec that will crank and while it is idling it will drop like it is about to cut off and then pick the RPMs up again and then drop again, etc. Fuel pressure is steady 58 PSI with just the key on and running. It has relatively new plugs, wires, coil distributor cap and rotor. Put new MAF on this weekend. Still have the issue. Only code is P1345 crank/cam correlation. Could that be crossing out the cylinders and causing a bad skip?

Thanks,

Lance
