Default 89' C1500- Plus Size Wheel and Tires?

I recently acquired an 89' C1500 Single Cab Short Bed with stock wheels and I'd really like to put a slightly larger wheel on it without rubbing, modifications, or changing the speed. It currently has a 5 lug Wheel with 235/75/15 tires. Can anyone help me confirm the bolt pattern is a (5x127mm)? On the Tire sites, the plus sizes to that appear to be sizes like 255/60/17 or 255/55/18. Something like that. Does anyone know if a size like this will rub or cause harm?

Thank you,

Thank you,
Yeah, its 5X127. I'd take a tape measure to make sure the new tires clear the body.
