Default 89 Chevy K1500 Crank no Start

I have spark and the injectors are working. When I dump fuel into the throttle body, the truck runs and idles but wont start unless I fill the bowls manually. I'll post a link to the injectors working. It looks like there should be enough fuel to get it to at least try to start on it's own but I get nothing. Someone said it could be the Oil Pressure Sensor which is keeping the fuel from the injectors from getting into the engine but wouldn't that keep fuel that I've poured into the bowls from getting in too? I'm confident that the oil Pressure sensor is bad because my oil gauge is pegged but it has been since I've had the truck so I didn't think it would be an issue now.

The sputter you hear when I start cranking is the residual fuel left over from when I filled the bowls manually. When I got it to run off the gas I put in the bowls I looked at the injectors and while the truck was idling it didn't look like the injectors were working but they obviously are while it's cranking.

The sensor running the gauge is not the one that affects starting. When my 93 acts like this (3 times now) changing the ICM in the distributore fixed it every time.

The ICM is new as of last fall. The one I replaced was original to the truck and it did not solve the issue. The issue last fall was a bad Injector A Fuse. That is not the case this time because the injectors are firing.
