I'm dead in the water I have the 1991 K1500 5.7 L., trying to find the correct clutch/kit as you know [you do now ] the clutch changed 02-01-91 . My truck was MFD. 01-25-91 ...now to make matters more complicated it appears to have the 92 diesel clutch plate # 15668525 and I'm assuming appropriate Pressure plate ...Does ANYONE have any insight on the difference in the 01/25/91 clutch and the 02/01/91 clutch , I hate to split hair's here , but not as much as I do changing clutches ...DONT wanna do this twice... I have a 1991K1500 Chevy truck. built 01/25/91,the clutch changed ? 02/01/91 ...it's got the MG5 getrag . I KNOW it has the Diesel clutch disc, dunno about the pres. plate , disc # 15668525 GM... Please help /advise .Can you help me find a standard duty kit that will FOR SURE work on my truck , Im leary with it being so close to cutoff /change date that I will get wrong unit!

 

Might have to remove the parts and take them up to the auto parts store with a good ruler.
