hello can someone help me to find the correct kit for my silverado 1500 1995 v8 350 tbi 4x2 I have attached some images not sure of the série of the transmission

 

I don't know much about transmissions but did a little research and found it is a Getrag transmission. Could be a 282 or a 360. Is this a manual 4 or 5 speed?
