I have met those kits by Asanti on several sites and it looks cool, but the price is way too high 
Dunno if it's worthy 3,5k dollars. Anyone ever saw it? Is it stainless steel as they claim or ABS Plastic? Here are the pics kit includes vents, badges and grille :
