Posting sticky-worthy How-to's and FAQs
If you have a great how-to to post, or a post that you see that is a frequently asked question, please let me or another member of staff know so I can sticky the said post or give it FAQ status.
A sticky is a post that is pinned up to the top of the message board. It is only members of staff who may "sticky" threads.
FAQ status is a mark that will enable users who are searching for a particular thread find what they need easier. For instance, if there is a common problem with among Tahoes and it is answered well in a thread, it can be made an FAQ to help stave off recurring posts.
How-to's must meet the following requirements:
-Informative.
-Correctly punctuated.
-Include pictures of the process, not merely worded directions.
-Must be a how-to that has a desirable outcome.
Members of the staff will determine whether the thread is sticky-worthy.
All post meeting FAQ status must meet following requirements:
-Problem or question must be answered.
-Must be a common problem or a problem that seems to come up a lot in discussion on the forum
Remember, If you post a sticky-worthy thread, please PM me so I can sticky it. Same With FAQs
