So this happened out of the blue. Truck was perfectly fine the day before and when I went out the next day and started it, the idle was surging in park from 1000 rpm to 1500. It usually runs at about 500 to 700 rpm. I revved the engine a few times and it just stayed idling high at 1500 rpm in park and 1000 rpm while driving. Upon acceleration it seems like I'm starting out in 3rd or even 4th gear and get all the way to 55 and never shifts. Also lunges really hard when put in reverse or drive. Please help?!
