Are you referencing spark plugs or something else?

Yes spark plugs drivers side is burning white like a new plug (they are new might have 50 miles on them) the passenger side is black with carbon build up

My initial suspicion is it’s running lean on the driver side and rich on the passenger.

Check for codes even if the CEL isn’t on.

Did you use paper towels to plug the intake ports while installing the injector assembly? If so, is it possible you forgot to remove them (I’ve made this mistake more times than I care to admit.)

Did you use new gaskets for the intake or re-use the existing ones?

Did you properly clean the gasket sealing surfaces?

Did you torque the manifold to spec and in the proper sequence?

Are you certain the injector assembly was correctly installed?

Did you reference mark the distributor and reinstall it in the same position?

If it didn’t have this problem before the work you did, the frustrating truth is there’s something incorrectly assembled or installed. You’ll have to trace back through your steps and verify everything.
