Alright guys I have a question I have a 96 Chevy 1500 4x4 5.7 vortec. I put a new intake gasket on it put it all back together. The truck turns over for a second then it hydro locks. Take spark plugs out a fuel gose everywhere any help would help me out tremendously I can't figure it out what so ever thanks a lot.

 

Did you remove distributer ? I think if you did timing is off .

 

Your timing is WAY off. you moved the distributor without marking where it was. i have never timed a engine before but i suggest you look up factory specs or call a friend who knows what they are doing.
