Why, when I turn my steering wheel I can watch my brake pedal move and apply the brakes with out my foot on the pedal.... I turn into a parking lot and while giving it gas the truck comes to a stop. I turn or let go of the steering wheel and wait a second and I can watch the pedal come back up....HELP

 

your truck may have the problem with hydro booster unit, remove the booster check to see if the push rod is adjustable, shorten it 1/2 or 3/4 of a turn

 

Would I be able to adjust the rod from the peddle side inside the truck.
