98 K1500 5.7 no start.

The injectors are upgraded to mpfi by the previous owner, does that make a difference? What do you think that sound is?

MPFI swap was a good idea. I have never heard that sound before, however.

I have a 5.7 vortec that I replaced the fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, spider injectors, crankshaft position sensor, and it still won't start. It has fuel and spark. But won't start unless fed by a bottle through the throttle body. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
