Default AC/Heat Control panel

Hey y’all,
I’m new here and I figured you guys could help. I have a 95 K1500 Silverado and my control panel simply doesn’t work. I’ve looked up videos to try and replace it and it looked fairly simple. So I found an older control panel and started trying to set it in there, but the one that’s currently in my truck looks the same on the outside but the inside didn’t have a motherboard (sorry if that’s not what it’s called I’m not very vehicle savvy) and the plug ins on the inside looked nothing like anything I’ve seen in the videos I’ve watched on the set up. Do you think the previous owner tried to input something new to try and get it to work? Sorry if it’s not a lot of info, like I said I don’t really know too much about vehicles. Just trying to find exactly which part I need so I can get it workin. Thanks in advance

Don't know much about the AC control unit but I do know they made different versions throughout the years. Same with the wiper pulse board, you can buy 1 from a different year and they will fit and connect perfectly but they won't work like they should. So my tip would be lookup a picture of the correct one for your year and compare them if they are any different.
