Default Ac issues

97 extended cab. Replaced compressor orifice tube condenser and accumulator and freon is good. I can see the recirc door work behind the blower motor and see the linkage move on the driver side by the actuator. Blower also blows hard and fast but I have low airflow from front vents and a some comes out from the floor when selecting the front vent mode. When selecting defrost it all goes up top and there is none coming from the floor. Any ideas why? Really trying to avoid rotating dash to fix.

you are on the right track. something is wrong with the hvac box blend doors. I haven't done a 97 so don't know what has to come out. You tube might have some good videos.
