Looking at the VIN decoder again, the model code it provides is CK10703 which is a Silverado.

In fact, that same model code is used today for Silverado’s.

Given the dual headlights, model code and lack of any other identifiable markings/decals (they used to put model badges on the cabs and/or dash), I think it’s most likely a Silverado.
