Default Egr valve stuck to intake manifold

Gotta rusty egr valve needing replacing, nut rounded off one of the studs, left side. Barley enough space to get a socket underneath the valve itself, let alone a rachet. I'm figuring the torch will damage anything around it, and not trying to make it worse with vice grips. Any suggestions, please and thank you?

Welcome from Florida. Soak it in Blaster and tap on it while doing so. You don't have much of a choice but to try vice grips. Use the Blaster first!

Yeah I'm from Illinois so doesn't surprise me she's stuck on there. Im going to pick up a bottle of P.B. today cause wd-40 just doesn't cut it. Also gonna run a vacuum tester to make sure the egr is stuck or not. Thanks for the advice
