Default Extra Wire Connector

When reinstalling the dash, I found the following wire and connector hanging down. I do not know where it goes and nothing seems to be missing or not working. Does anyone have any ideas what its for?

Thanks.

I poked around in the electrical diagrams, and found one where there was a red/white wire in one of the radio related wiring harnesses. Maybe this has something to do with that, or something else you haven't used yet. You may want to poke around in the electrical diagrams on Charm yourself:

It turned out that it is the recirculate actuator connector. A real pain to get back into place, but we managed. I must have missed it when taking the dash out and putting it back together.
