Default Fast Blinking Rear Turn Signal

My experience tells me its typically a loose or burnt-out bulb. However. The bulb filament is good. When the relay fails. The bulb typically stays lit. Is that accurate?

Over heated brake light bulb. I crushed the old bulb. Removed it . I put in a new bulb and all good.

the relay module likely has a single resistor that "matches" the correct resistance. if R is too high (ie corroded socket) the electronics flip to "fast blink".

Are both front and rear bulbs good? Usually when a front or rear goes bad, the other will also blink. Also could be a relay issue
