98 5.7 vortec sfi
There is white smoke coming out of exhaust and a small amount of water dripping from the tailpipe. The coolant level needs topped up often. I replaced the intake and head gasket and the issue is still there. I was wondering how likely each of the following were to being the solution.

Replace head and gasket
Replace block and gasket
Replace head block and gasket

I read some of the threads. Just not sure how to answer them.
