Did you fix your actuator problem yet? I'm thinking that maybe the new actuator is wired wrong inside since usually you can only hookup the connector one way and it should cycle to the open or closed position when commanded. If the old one opened and closed before like it should then I would suspect something is wrong with the new actuator. MC

Could be..got it from Advanced I may have even got the wrong actuator but I looked it up on another site and found a discussion where I guy listed the part numbers for my trucks actuators...I had the part number for a Dorman but I can't find the paper now.

I ran the door shut and unpluged it for now just to get me through the winter because when it's on defrost the recirculate door is open to the cab which seems to make it fog up on the inside.
