Hear knocking noise coming from heater

Could be..got it from Advanced I may have even got the wrong actuator but I looked it up on another site and found a discussion where I guy listed the part numbers for my trucks actuators...I had the part number for a Dorman but I can't find the paper now.

I ran the door shut and unpluged it for now just to get me through the winter because when it's on defrost the recirculate door is open to the cab which seems to make it fog up on the inside.

Now that I think of it I don't think it's the wrong part because I called my local dealer and checked it and I had the correct part number.
