Default Help! Identify this Plug - Engine Wiring Harness

I have a 1995 Chevrolet RCSB with the 5.7 TBI. I performed an intake gasket replacement and in the process of putting things back together. When reconnecting the wiring harness I have this one connector that I am not sure where it goes. I took pictures before disassembly but, as luck would have it this plug was just out of frame in my pictures.

The plug is on the passenger side of the motor next to the the EGR valve. It is a flat 4 pin. See attached pictures. First one is a close up of the plug and the second is a view of the plug in the engine bay.

Seems silly that I can't find where the plug should go. I have spent a good bit of time searching in the proximity of the plug to see if I can find where it should go. I have looked/felt behind the distributor and motor in that area thinking that maybe the connection fell behind there and have found nothing.
So, I thought I would seek some help from you good people in the hopes of saving my sanity.

Any assistance you can provide would be very much appreciated!
