i converted my truck to all leds changed flasher and hazard to led type all works with one issue. all hazards and turn signals work properly from parking lights work the amber bulbs . but if my parking lights are on and use turn signal tbe amber lights dont blink once i turn parking lights off they work any ideas how to fix it . i asked bulb manufacture and they have no idea

do i need a resistor or something else.

looked online and no suggestions

this is a 1993 chevy k1500 extended cab 4wd

 

Yeah - I would expect you need a resistor or something for the flasher relay to be loaded properly. I’ve resisted the urge to put led’s in my 1996 as it will cause more problems than it solves, for me anyway.
