So I bought a 1998 Chevrolet Cheyenne 4.3 4wd truck. I need some help a little a time for the experience mechanic here please.
1. Do you know where I can find an owners manual? Looked everywhere and there like 40!!!
2. See the 2 pictures attached. What the heck is this and what's missing please?
I will have other questions if you feel like helping me rebuild this thing. Lol. Thank you for your time.

Missing something and what is it?

This one looks right. Still dont what the entire part is

 

Looks like you are missing the anti-sway bar linkage to me.

 

You need to replace the sway bar links and more. The rubber on your ball joints is shot.
