I have a 1998 silverado k1500 ls swapped with a 5.3. Everytime i wash my truck in the winter something freezes and the fuel pump does not turn on. I need fix for that.

Currently right at this moment i put my truck into the shop to thaw and the fuel pump turns on only if your turning the truck over and not when you just switch the key as before.

truck will not start with fuel pump on and fuel pump stays running after key is shut off per usual but runs much longer then normal and doesnt shut off when fuel pump relay is removed.
