Default Noise in brakes

I have a 1998 1500 2 wheel drive. I was getting a sometimes vibration roaring noise in drivers side front wheel that would stop when brakes were applied. Pads were not nearly worn out but looked glazed somewhat. I sanded then down and it seemed better for awile then started again. I replaced pads and rotors but it hasn't helped. It does not pull or over heat as if caliper is sticking. Any ideas?

I considered bearings but they probably don't have 1000 miles on them and appeared ok. I repacked them when I did the brakes

I think I found and resolved the problem. I changed out the wheel bearings today but the noise was still there. As I said the noise (a rasping vibrating sound ) was off and on and would always stop when touching brake When attaching the caliper the bolts go in from the back side. I would fit the scocket on and tighten them till they felt tight. Upon further looking at the bolt heads by sticking my head over the rotor I saw they were not run down as far as bolts on the other wheel even though they felt tight. I was able using a lot of force to run the bolts tighter and after driving a number of miles. NO NOISE!!!! I am assuming the problem started by not getting then very tight last time caliper was off and after several months they backed out enough to vibrate but still feel tight.
