Default Photo assist-Fuel Return Line

Hello all! Novice here with a 1998 k1500 5.0 with about 87k miles. Truck has sat for about 14 years and trying to get her back on road. From an engine perspective, new fuel tank and pump and filter, plugs, wires, oil, distributer cap. She currently has very high fuel pressure. 85psi running. Turn off engine and she drops down to 58psi. From what I have read, the likely culprit is a clogged/kinked return line. A suggestion I saw said to disconnect return line at engine and run into a bucket to see if pressure gets to normal. Can someone send me a picture /description of how/where to do this? Which line? Would holding relief on pressure guage while running do the same thing? (I assume not since that seems to be on upstream side) thanks!!
