Stalling and rpm fluctuations
Ok so my 1998 chevy silverado k1500 will randomly act up. It is driving fine one moment then it won't go above 2,000 to 3,000 rpms and won't go above 30 unless i let go of the throttle and press on the throttle again. After doing this i usually pull over and put it in park and open the hood then it sometimes shuts off, or if i pull the throttle cable to see if there is any apparent noises or smells of that sort it shuts off almost immediately, and i don't hear anything that's abnormal. I've taken it to several shops, mechanic friends and they are absolutely baffled. I've replaced the distributor, ignition control module, the coil, spark plug leads, spider injectors, the serpentine belt, tensioner, break booster, air intake manifold gasket, transmission got rebuilt, brand new drive shaft, all new spark plugs, crankshaft position sensor, throttle position sensor, all new o2 sensors, replaced both catalytic converters, and has cost me around $12,000 it was my grandpa's truck so I'm trying to keep it up and running smoothly like he had it but i can't financially keep putting money into it so if there is any suggestions at all i am very welcome to them I've done compression tests and that was at 125, I've done fuel pressure tests and everything seems great but it randomly does this. Any help is very very much appreciated.
