I have a 1993, 5.7 Silverado. The throttle body on these is a piece of garbage. I want to go with a carburetor swap but it causes too many issues with the 4l60e transmission. I was thinking of swapping the 4l60e for a 700r. They are the same transmission minus the electronics. Has anyone done this swap and converted to a carburetor set up...
