I do not have a hard time cranking it and when the truck is idling it runs smooth

 

I doubt there are any useful codes stored, but check for them anyway. Codes can be stored even if the SES isn’t on.

With the engine up to temperature, Remove the air cleaner and observe the spray patterns of the injectors at idle and at 2,000 RPM in park.

They should both have an even cone shape spray pattern with consistent volume.

If the spray looks OK in park, have a helper put the truck in gear and observe the patterns at idle and while revving the engine to 2,000 RPM while holding the brake. Obviously you’ll want to be standing to the side of the engine bay and not in front of it.

The spray patterns should look the same as when in park.
