Does anyone know the name of this black foam piece? The bottom mounting hole is torn off and it's pretty hard after 30 years. Every time I bump it it cracks. so while I have the front apart for restoration I figured replace or remove it if it doesn't have a super important function.

can't figure out what to search to find it and LMC don't have it.
