I just bought a 1988 Western Hauler. I think it’s an R30. Does anyone know what this truck is in terms of the type , ie Sierra or Scottsdale? Thank

 

Is the owner manual still with it?

Have you tried using the forum VIN decoder?

Typically these trucks have some kind of visual ID tag/badge on the dash pad or B pillars, so if none are present (and there’s no indication they’ve fallen off) it may just be a base model.
