Default Wet carpet, both sides. 93 Silverado std cab

I am getting water running into both sides of the front of my 93 standard cab. It appears to be coming down from the front seam on the very right and left sides of the floor board. I replaced the old seam sealer but it still leaks. I have sealed the top of the windshield but still unsure where water is coming in. Is it possible the cowl drains could be clogged with debris and if so how do you check it? Carpet currently occupying space in garage, lol

Easiest way to check the cowl/lower windshield seal is to run a garden hose over the lower half of the windshield.

Water intrusion into the cab means the cowl drains or lower windshield seal are at fault.

Remove the wiper arms and cowl clips/hardware to remove the cowl panel for further inspection and cleaning.
