Hello!
My drivers side window will no longer roll up, i push the button and it sticks and doesn't unstick until I push on the lower half of the button..

Also my passenger seat will not stay locked at all....
I have a 1993 Chevy Silverado K-1500

 

Sounds like you solved your window problem,a new switch. I would pull the panel,unplug the motor harness in the door and run two wires from your battery,pos and neg, to the window motor . One wire on each. Reverse them to move the window the other way. If the motor works,get a new switch. Sorry can't help you with the seat.
