00 o2 sensor issue
What year Silverado and engine are you referring to?
From the codes, it appears that both banks are having O2 sensor difficulties. When I looked up the codes, it looks like the commonality is electrical. So, look over the wiring that goes to all of your O2 sensors (there are 4) and make sure that the wiring is intact and not melted or shorting out between the O2 sensor's electrical connector and the ECM/PCM. If you have performed any work on the engine towards the firewall or had a shop do work for you, be sure and look that area over really well.
You will be looking for something like melted wiring insulation, a broken wire, wires rubbing against the engine or other metal object, broken electrical connectors, etc.
Good Luck!

Look over all the wiring for the O2 sensors - including the ones that the previous owner "bypassed"

So, going to get under and look at wiring tomorrow but as of now I replaced my intake manifold gaskets as I found when I pulled intake to inspect it they were original, went for a drive everything was good but idling parked it threw p0134 and p0131 so the wiring is what I will be doing tomorrow
