So the truck worked fine until yesterday when I got out of work, I reversed put it in drive drove home went to reverse but no reverse. So I drive down the street to turn around now I only have 1st and maybe 3rd or 4th not sure. Had the wife get in the truck and put into reverse and the drive shaft doesn't spin but I hear a noise where the drive shaft goes into the transfer case and there's a little bit of fluid around ther too. Any help would be appreciated. TIA.

But your first steps should be checking the fluid level in both your transmission and transfer case. If that's good, check for codes (it won't necessarily trigger a service engine soon light), so you'll need a scanner that can scan more than just P-codes. Start there and report back.
