01 Silverado making loud clunking noise when turning
I have a 2001 Chevy Silverado 1500 5.3 4x4 ext cab a few days ago the truck started making a loud rough clanking noise when I was turning and now started to do it when driving straight I’ve crawled under it and can’t find anything that’s damaged. Any help would be appreciated I’ve linked a
of the sound it makes

Could be one of the cv shafts. But if it's bucking like the example video it's way shot.
Check for excessive play on the cv's.
My passenger side one went out. IIRC it was less than 100 for the whole thing. You'll need big socket for the axle nut to remove/replace tho.
Mine would clunk on turns then it felt like the truck was binding up, not unlike (don't do this) 4x4 on dry pavement.
